IT'S GOOD TO SEE ALL OF YOU TONIGHT.

WE MOVED OVER HERE TO ACCOMMODATE OUR CROWD TONIGHT.

WE WILL FOLLOW OUR BUSINESS ORDER TONIGHT.

[2. FOR THE GOOD OF THE CAUSE]

FIRST UP IS FOR THE GOOD OF THE CAUSE.

OBVIOUSLY A PIKE TAXPAYER AND A SELF PROCLAIMED PIKE TOWNSHIP ENTHUSIAST.

I'D LOVE TO USE MY 3 MINUTES OF TIME TO DISCUSS SCHOOL UNIFORMS. MY CHILDREN GO TO FISHBACK CREEK PUBLIC ACADEMY.

WELL, ONE IS RISING UP TO NEW AUGUSTA.

I AM IN FAVOR OF KEEPING UNIFORMS. CONCERNS OF UNIFORMS CURRENTLY INCLUDE COST CONTENTION BETWEEN PARENTS AND STAFF DUE TO ENFORCEMENT OF UNIFORMS, AND THAT UNIFORMS MAY DETER ENROLLMENT.

THE SURVEY RESULTS THAT WERE GIVEN BACK TO US WERE ACTUALLY PRETTY CLOSE RELATED TO THE ADULTS THAT ANSWERED IN AN EVEN SPLIT 1651 ADULTS ANSWERED OUT OF A 10,500 STUDENT ENROLLMENT.

AS AN ASIDE, I DON'T ACTUALLY LIKE THE TERM UNIFORM AND IN MY OPINION, WE HAVE A DRESS CODE, ALBEIT A STRICT DRESS CODE.

BUT THE STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED TO WEAR NAVY, BLACK, KHAKI OR GRAY BOTTOMS WITH ANY SOLID COLOR POLO SHIRT.

POINT OF COST.

WHILE THERE IS SOME COST TO UNIFORMS UP FRONT, THERE ARE MULTIPLE OPTIONS FOR UNIFORMS. MY PERSONAL FAVORITE SALE OF THE YEAR IS THE OLD NAVY $3 POLO TOP AND THEIR FREQUENT $10 PANTS SALE.

THESE CLOTHES FOR DRESS CODE CAN BE PURCHASED FROM ANY RETAILER.

WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE CLOTHES WITH PIKE SPECIFIC BRANDING, SO THERE IS A MULTITUDE OF OPTIONS AND PRICE POINTS TO GET CLOTHES FOR OUR SCHOLARS CONTENTION. THERE IS NO SOLID DATA ABOUT LOST INSTRUCTIONAL TIME DUE TO STUDENTS BEING OUT OF UNIFORM.

AND I'M SURE LIKE MOST PLACES, THERE ARE SOME STAFF IN ADMINISTRATION THAT ENFORCE THE UNIFORM MORE STRICTLY THAN OTHERS.

HOWEVER, IF WE GET RID OF THE CURRENT DRESS CODE, IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THERE WILL BE LESS UNIFORMITY IN CLOTHING LEADING TO THE POTENTIAL FOR MORE CONTENTION, ANIMOSITY BETWEEN THE SCHOOLS AND PARENTS AND LOST INSTRUCTIONAL TIME.

POINT OF UNIFORMS DETER ENROLLMENT.

IN A DISTRICT THAT HAS HAD 18 DAYS REMOTE AND VIRTUAL IN THE LAST YEAR, WHICH IS 10% OF OUR SCHOOL YEAR, AND WHERE WE HAD TO VOTE TO MOVE $7 MILLION FOR SALARIES FOR OUR TEACHERS AND STAFF, WHICH WAS MUCH NEEDED AND WELL DESERVED I HAVE A HARD TIME BELIEVING THAT UNIFORMS WOULD BE THE TOP OF THE LIST AS TO WHY PEOPLE ARE NOT ENROLLING IN PIKE.

IN FACT, IF WE'RE LOSING STUDENTS TO PRIVATE SCHOOLS WITHIN THIS DISTRICT, I ASSURE YOU THOSE SCHOOLS HAVE UNIFORMS THAT ARE MORE COSTLY THAN THE DRESS CODE WE EMPLOY AT PIKE.

UNIFORMS PROMOTE SCHOOL PRIDE, DETER BULLYING, PROMOTE AN EVEN PLAYING FIELD FOR THE VAST SOCIOECONOMIC LEVELS IN THIS DISTRICT.

ALLOW FOR SAFETY AND STUDENT IDENTIFICATION SO YOU CAN IDENTIFY WHO BELONGS IN THE BUILDINGS, IMPROVES FOCUS AND STREAMLINES THE GETTING READY AND DRESS FOR SUCCESS PROCESS OF THE MORNINGS OF OUR SCHOLARS.

IN CLOSING, I MISS MY BALANCED CALENDAR AT FISHBACK.

I WANTED TO COME BEFORE YOU ALL THIS EVENING AND SHARE THE EXPERIENCE THAT MY FAMILY AND I HAVE HAD WITH MRS.

[INAUDIBLE] BLANDEN AND THE TEAM AT NATHANIEL JONES EARLY LEARNING CENTER.

IN LATE 2020.

OUR FIRST STEP SERVICE COORDINATOR CONNECTED US WITH THE DISTRICT'S EXCEPTIONAL LEARNERS DEPARTMENT.

I WILL SPARE YOU ALL THE DETAILS.

HOWEVER, OUR EXPERIENCE WAS FAR LESS THAN OPTIMAL.

AFTER A VERY TUMULTUOUS FEW MONTHS, WE THOUGHT IT BEST TO KEEP LANCE AT HIS CURRENT SCHOOL.

IN 2021, LANCE AND I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET DR.

YOUNG, AND HE PROMISED TO WORK WITH US TO ENSURE LANCE'S NEEDS WOULD BE MET AND OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE DISTRICT WOULD IMPROVE.

DR. YOUNG KEPT HIS WORD, AND HE CONNECTED ME WITH MRS. BLANDEN. AND THIS CONNECTION MADE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE.

SHE MADE OUR FAMILY FEEL WELCOMED AND WANTED AT NJELC AND SHE AND I HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK TOGETHER ON NJELC'S PAST THE QUALITY INITIATIVE.

I WAS OVERJOYED WHEN NJELC ACHIEVED HIGH QUALITY STATUS AND BECAME AN ON MY WAY, APPROVED ON MY WAY PRE-K PROVIDER.

AS AN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR, I AM THRILLED THAT PIKE TOWNSHIP HAS ACHIEVED HIGH QUALITY RECOGNITION AND NOW HAS THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE EQUITABLE ACCESS TO EARLY LEARNERS.

I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU PUBLICLY.

YOUNG AND BISHOP FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP OVER THE PAST YEAR.

IT'S WONDERFUL TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN.

THIS WEEK WE CELEBRATED THE END OF THE 2021 2022 SCHOOL YEAR.

WE ARE SO PROUD OF OUR STUDENTS AND STAFF FOR DOING A REMARKABLE JOB.

WE HAVE A LOT TO CELEBRATE, AS WE ALWAYS DO.

OUR PIKE HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS TRACK TEAM PLACED THIRD IN THEIR REGIONAL.

THEY WILL BE ADVANCING TO COMPETE IN STATE ON JUNE 3RD.

AND AS YOU MAY RECALL, THEY WON THEIR SECTIONAL.

SO WE ARE EXTREMELY PROUD OF THEM AND WISH THEM THE BEST OF LUCK.

WE'RE ALSO CELEBRATING OUR PIKE HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL TEAM FOR WINNING IN THE FIRST ROUND OF THEIR SECTIONAL, AND I BELIEVE THEIR SECOND GAME MAY HAVE GOT POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER, BUT I THINK THAT'S TAKING PLACE.

IS IT TOMORROW, DR. YOUNG? SATURDAY. SO WE'RE HOPING FOR A WIN IN THAT AS WELL.

OUR BOYS TRACK TEAM ARE SECTIONAL RUNNER UP AND ADDITIONALLY, WE'RE EXTREMELY EXCITED TO SHARE THAT OUR NEW AUGUSTA NORTH GIRLS TRACK TEAM WON THE INDIANA MIDDLE SCHOOL STATE CHAMPIONSHIP. IN ADDITION, WE HAD TWO STUDENTS, GABRIELLE HART AND CAMERON JACKSON, WHO WERE RECOGNIZED AS PIKE HIGH SCHOOLS 2022 TAMIKA CATCHINGS, CATCH THE STARS SCHOLAR ATHLETE, NOMINEES AND FINALISTS.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST, WE'LL BE CELEBRATING THE GRADUATION OF OUR CLASS OF 2022 ON JUNE 2ND THAT WILL BE STREAMED AND THAT STREAM LINK WILL BE INCLUDED IN OUR NEWSLETTER AND FAMILY EMAIL TOMORROW.

YOUNG. ALUMNI EXCELLENCE.

HI, I'M MATTHEW WILCOX.

I'M PIKE HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE OF THE CLASS OF 2009.

SO AFTER GRADUATING FROM PIKE HIGH SCHOOL, I WENT TO HOWARD UNIVERSITY IN WASHINGTON, D.C.

AND GRADUATED WITH TWO DEGREES BIOLOGY AND SPANISH IN 2013.

FOLLOWING THAT, I WENT TO PERU FOR A FULBRIGHT SCHOLARSHIP WHERE I TAUGHT ENGLISH AND DID A RESEARCH PROJECT, AND AFTER THAT WENT TO GRAD SCHOOL FOR PUBLIC HEALTH . GRAD SCHOOL, I WAS AT YALE UNIVERSITY AND FOLLOWING THAT I APPLIED TO MEDICAL SCHOOL AND CURRENTLY I AM A FOURTH YEAR STUDENT AT IU SCHOOL OF MEDICINE.

SO FROM MY EXPERIENCES IN WORKING ABROAD AND GETTING A PUBLIC HEALTH DEGREE, I'M HOPING TO BECOME A PHYSICIAN THAT WORKS IN PSYCHIATRY, DEVELOPING MENTAL HEALTH PREVENTION PROGRAMS, ESTABLISHING CONNECTIONS IN THE COMMUNITY, AND CREATING A BETTER SENSE OF MENTAL HEALTH PREVENTION.

I THINK PIKE PREPARED ME FOR THE DIRECTION THAT I'M GOING RIGHT NOW BY OFFERING ME SUCH A DIVERSITY IN TERMS OF MY INTEREST AREAS, I'M ABLE TO TOUCH ON SO MANY DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF WHERE I WANT TO CONTRIBUTE, HOW I WANT TO SUPPORT DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES BASED ON THE DIFFERENT PLACES THAT I WAS INVESTED IN.

LIKE I WAS INVOLVED IN THE ART PROGRAM, INVOLVED IN THE MUSIC PROGRAM WITH ENCORES.

I WAS INVOLVED IN THE IB PROGRAM DOING ACADEMIC KIND OF RIGOR THROUGH THERE, AND THERE WAS ALWAYS INVESTED IN THE SCIENCES.

SO OF COURSE THAT'S LED ME TO KIND OF BECOMING A DOCTOR.

AND I REALIZED THAT THROUGH THE COMBINATION OF ALL THESE DIFFERENT ASPECTS AND MORE, THAT ANY KIND OF WORK THAT I WANT TO DO, I CAN, BASED ON JUST FOLLOWING MY INTEREST AND USING THE TALENTS THAT I'VE HONED THROUGH FIRST, GETTING THROUGH PIKE HIGH SCHOOL AND THEN KIND OF DEVELOPING THOSE MORE AS I WENT THROUGH MY UNDERGRAD AND GRADUATE SCHOOL DEGREES. I THINK OUR TOWNSHIP AND OUR HIGH SCHOOL OFFERS SUCH AN OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS TO EMBRACE THEMSELVES AND TOWARD THE EFFORT OF TRYING TO EMBRACE THEMSELVES AND UNDERSTAND THEMSELVES MORE.

JUST TRY NEW THINGS.

AND I THINK PART OF WHAT IT TAKES IS JUST RESILIENCE WITH EVERY STEP.

THAT'S A MISSTEP.

THERE'S ANOTHER STEP THAT YOU CAN TAKE.

THAT'S THE RIGHT STEP.

I HAD A FEW DIFFERENT DIFFICULTIES IN PIKE ACTUALLY WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL, BUT THAT WAS NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT HAPPENED IN GRAD SCHOOL AND AT MED SCHOOL.

BUT EVEN SO, EVEN WITH THOSE DIFFICULTIES, WHETHER IT'S FAILING A TEST, WHETHER IT'S GETTING SICK, WHATEVER IT IS, YOU CAN STILL DREAM BIG AND BE WHATEVER YOU WANT TO BE.

SO IF THAT'S SOMETHING THAT YOU'RE INTERESTED IN, GOING INTO SCIENCES, GOING INTO MEDICINE, BEING A DENTIST, BEING A NURSE, ANY KIND OF MEDICAL PROFESSION, PUSH FORWARD TOWARDS IT AND KEEP FIGHTING FOR IT.

FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO ANY OF THOSE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS THAT YOU SEE IN YOUR LIFE.

ASK THEM FOR HELP. THEY'VE BEEN THROUGH EXACTLY WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH RIGHT NOW, SO FEEL FREE TO ASK US.

WE'D LOVE TO SEE YOU AS BEING OUR COLLEAGUES ONE DAY.

MR. PRESIDENT, MEMBERS OF THE BOARD, BACK IN JANUARY, WE STARTED THE ALUMNI EXCELLENCE, AND THIS WAS REALLY AN OPPORTUNITY TO REALLY HIGHLIGHT FOR OUR COMMUNITY, BUT REALLY THE ENTIRE WORLD JUST HOW FAR A PIKE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA CAN TAKE YOU.

BUT IF YOU JUST REALLY KEEP AN EYE ON WHAT YOU WANT, YOU CAN ACHIEVE IT AS WELL.

AND WE REALIZED CREATING THAT KIND OF SUPPORT NETWORK ESTABLISHES PEOPLE THAT I'M GOING TO BE REFERRING TO AS A DOCTOR ONE DAY.

SO USING THAT KIND OF DIFFICULTY IS SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN PRODUCE POSITIVITY FROM IS REALLY IMPORTANT IN YOUR LIFE.

SO I THINK AT EVERY STEP THAT IS A MISSTEP IS A NEXT STEP.

THE WORD COURAGEOUS COMES TO MIND WHEN I THINK OF OUR RECIPIENT.

WHEN I LOOKED UP COURAGE IN THE DICTIONARY, I IMAGINED SEEING HER FACE NEXT TO THE DEFINITION.

OXFORD DICTIONARY DEFINES COURAGE AS STRENGTH IN THE FACE OF PAIN OR GRIEF.

OUR RECIPIENT DEMONSTRATES COURAGE IN AND OUT OF SCHOOL ON A DAILY BASIS AND COMES TO SCHOOL EACH DAY TO PUT FORTH COMPLETE EFFORT IN WORKING WITH HER KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS. THIS YEAR, PARTICULARLY HAVING A NONVERBAL STUDENT IN HIS FIRST TIME IN A SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT, ANOTHER FULL SPIRITED STUDENT IN WHICH A LOT OF INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT WAS PROVIDED.

AND A NEW SCHOOL STUDENT WITH FIVE YEARS OF EMOTIONAL TRAUMA IN HIS BACKGROUND, OUR RECIPIENT DEDICATED MUCH TIME IN AND OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS TO SUPPORT THEIR ACADEMIC GROWTH AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT.

SHE HAS MET A MULTITUDE OF TIMES WITH OUR RTI TEAM TO IMPLEMENT NEW STRATEGIES TO FIND THE BEST WAY TO SUPPORT OUR STUDENTS AND FAMILIES.

THIS YEAR WE HAD TEAMS FROM THREE SCHOOLS, NOT ONLY WHEN BIDS TO THE STATE COMPETITION AT LUCAS OIL STADIUM THIS SPRING, BUT THEY DID SO WELL THERE THAT THEY WON BIDS TO THE VEX ROBOTIC WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN DALLAS, TEXAS.

YES. [APPLAUSE] BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE. THIS EVENT BROUGHT TOGETHER 3000 TEAMS FROM 36 NATIONS FROM ELEMENTARY TO UNIVERSITY LEVEL TO SHOWCASE THEIR STRATEGY, TEAMWORK AND STEM EXCELLENCE.

THIS SPRING, I CAME TO THE BOARD AND HAD SHARED SOME CONCERNS THAT I'VE RECEIVED OVER THE YEARS REGARDING UNIFORMS, AS WELL AS THINGS THAT WE'VE LEARNED THROUGH SOME OF OUR TRAINING AND EQUITY RELATING TO SCHOOL UNIFORMS. AND WHAT WE DECIDED TO DO WAS TO PUT TOGETHER A COMMITTEE COMMITTEE COMPRISED OF STAFF.

BUT YET WE WANTED TO HEAR FROM FROM THE COMMUNITY AND SEE REALLY WHAT WHERE THE COMMUNITY WAS IN REGARDS TO THEIR FEELINGS ABOUT CONTINUING SCHOOL UNIFORMS. SO WE DID THAT, AND THE RESULTS OF THE SURVEY ARE AS FOLLOWS WE REACHED OUT TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS.

WE HAD 1711 RESPONDENTS, 897 SAID THEY WANT TO DISCONTINUE UNIFORMS. 814 SAID THAT THEY WANTED TO KEEP THEM.

SO A 52% SAYING, YES, GET RID OF UNIFORMS, 48% SAID KEEP THEM.

WE LOOKED AT STUDENTS. WE ALWAYS WANT TO GET FEEDBACK FROM OUR CHILDREN AND GIVE THEM A VOICE AS WELL.

WE HAD 452 STUDENTS THAT RESPONDED.

380 SAID THAT THEY WANTED TO DISCONTINUE UNIFORMS. 72 SAID THAT THEY WANTED TO CONTINUE UNIFORM.

SO 84% SAID TO DISCONTINUE UNIFORMS. 16% SAID THAT THEY WANTED TO KEEP UNIFORMS. WE ALSO WANT TO HEAR FROM OUR STAFF.

WE HAD A TOTAL RESPONSE OF 244 RESPONSES FROM OUR STAFF AND 143 SAID THAT THEY WANTED TO DISCONTINUE UNIFORMS. 101 SAID THEY WANT TO CONTINUE UNIFORM.

SO 59% OF OUR TEACHERS SAID THAT THEY WOULD LIKE FOR US TO DISCONTINUE UNIFORMS. 41% SAID THAT THEY WANT TO KEEP UNIFORMS. AS WE LOOKED AT TOTAL RESPONDENTS, IT WAS 2407 RESPONDED.

SO WE GOT A GREAT RESPONSE.

59% SAID THAT THEY WANT TO.

THE TOTAL RESPONDENTS 1420 SAID DISCONTINUED UNIFORMS. 987 SAY CONTINUE.

SO 59% SAID THEY WANT TO DISCONTINUE UNIFORMS. OUT OF EVERYONE THAT WAS POLLED, 41% SAID THAT THEY WANTED TO KEEP UNIFORMS. SO WITH THAT, I'M COMING BACK WITH RECOMMENDATION AFTER RECEIVING THE RESULTS THAT WE BEGIN WITH, THE 2022, 2023 SCHOOL YEAR THAT WE DISCONTINUE THE REQUIRED SCHOOL UNIFORMS AND INSTEAD WE LOOK AT A DRESS EXPECTATIONS.

SO WHAT WE WOULD PULL TOGETHER WITH THAT COMMITTEE AND WHAT WE WOULD LOOK AT ARE WHAT THOSE EXPECTATIONS WOULD BE AGAIN, SO THAT WE CAN FOCUS ON ON ACADEMICS AND NOT BE DISTRACTED BY BY CLOTHING.

I BELIEVE THERE'S SOME CLOTHING THAT IS JUST INAPPROPRIATE FOR SCHOOL.

AND AGAIN, OBVIOUSLY, IT WOULD BE DISTRACTING.

AND THOSE THINGS WE JUST CAN'T WE CAN'T ALLOW.

SO WE WANT TO HAVE SOME INPUT AND GUIDANCE.

SO I WOULD REALLY RELY ON THE COMMITTEE TO BRING BACK A RECOMMENDATION THAT WE WOULD THEN BRING TO THE BOARD TO REVIEW.

OBVIOUSLY, WE WOULD WANT BOARDS TO BE PART OF THAT PROCESS AS WELL.

DR. YOUNG, I APPRECIATE THE DOCUMENTATION OF STATISTICAL DATA WITH THE STATEMENT THAT YOU JUST MADE REGARDING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE COMMITTEE.

I UNFORTUNATELY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SUPPORT THIS RECOMMENDATION BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT EXPECTATION WOULD BE AT THIS TIME.

EITHER OR ANOTHER OPTION OR POSSIBILITY IS IF IT IS THE UNIFORM DRESS AS WE CURRENTLY HAVE IT, COULD WE ENTERTAIN A DIFFERENT POLICY, IF YOU WILL? MAYBE THE EXPECTATION IS YOU CAN WEAR YOUR CLOTHES, BUT YOU HAVE TO TUCK YOUR SHIRTS IN OR BUTTON YOUR SHIRTS UP.

SO I THINK I PERSONALLY, YOU KNOW, WOULD LOVE TO JUST CONTINUE TO SEE, CERTAINLY AT THE ELEMENTARY LEVEL AND THE GRADE SCHOOL LEVEL, THE UNIFORMS CONTINUE TO BE I WAS AT THE HIGH SCHOOL ON A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO FOR THE BREAKFAST AND AT THE HIGH SCHOOL I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I SAW HIGH SCHOOLERS IN PAJAMAS AND WE HAD TALKED ABOUT THAT IN OUR WORK SESSION, BUT NO ONE HAD TO TELL ME THIS TIME I SAW IT.

AND I THINK THAT IF WE DO HAVE GUIDELINES, THAT THEY SHOULD BE ENFORCED.

AND I THINK THAT WE SHOULDN'T.

I THINK THAT SENDS A BAD MESSAGE WHERE WE ALLOW STUDENTS TO COME TO SCHOOL IN PAJAMAS LIKE THEY ROLL OUT OF THE BED.

SO I HOPE THAT WE WHEN WE DO DISCUSS THIS, WE TAKE ALL OF THESE IN CONSIDERATION AND THEN SET A HIGH BAR.

SO A LOT OF THE GLITCHES AND THINGS WE'VE EXPERIENCED WITH SOME OF THE OTHER PROGRAMS WE'VE ADOPTED IN THE PAST, WE ARE NOT GOING TO SEE THOSE AND WE'RE VERY EXCITED ABOUT THAT. CAN YOU TRANSLATE WHAT THAT MEANS TO ME, HOW THAT THAT THAT CONNECTION TO CANVAS, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR A STUDENT? SO A STUDENT WILL EASILY BE ABLE TO ACCESS ANY KIND OF THE MATERIALS THAT COME FROM THIS VENDOR.

I CAN SPEAK SPECIFICALLY THAT WE ARE GOING TO EXPAND OUR MATH BLOCK.

SOME OF OUR SCHOOLS DO 45 MINUTES, SOME OF OUR SCHOOLS DO 75 MINUTES.

WE'RE GOING TO GO ACROSS THE BOARD TO ALL NINE SCHOOLS AT A 90 MINUTE BLOCK FOR MATH.

AND WE'LL HAVE A SPECIFIC FRAMEWORK AS TO HOW MATH INSTRUCTION HAPPENS IN THE CLASSROOM.

AND I'M SORRY, ONE LAST QUESTION.

SO HAS THE COMPANY PRESENTED YOU WITH DATA AROUND RESULTS FOR OTHER SCHOOL SYSTEMS THAT HAVE UTILIZED THIS SYSTEM? AND HAS IT HAVE THEY BEEN ABLE TO SHOW IMPROVEMENT IN THEIR RESULTS? NO, NOT SPECIFICALLY THAT THEY HAVE PRESENTED DATA.

BUT WHAT WE HAVE DONE, WE'VE LOOKED AT SEVERAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS LIKE BROWNSBURG AND OTHERS THAT HAVE USED AND WE SEE WHAT THEIR DATA LOOKS LIKE AND WE SEE SOME ADVANTAGES TO IT BASED ON SOME OF THEIR DATA.

I WOULD ALSO SAY THAT WITHIN REVEAL THERE IS AN ADAPTIVE SYSTEM BUILT IN AN ADAPTIVE INTERVENTION SYSTEM ALREADY BUILT INTO THE PROGRAMING.

SO OUR STUDENTS THAT MAY NOT GET IT THROUGH THE NORMAL INSTRUCTION, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY HAVE SOMETHING FOR THEM TO SUPPORT THOSE LEARNERS IN A DIFFERENT WAY, ALREADY BUILT INTO THE PROGRAMING.

AND THAT HELPS US IN A LOT OF WAYS, SUCH AS THAT MAY SAVE US COSTS DOWN THE ROAD BECAUSE WE HAVE SO MANY OTHER SOFTWARE PROGRAMS AND MATH THAT WE MAY NOT NEED THOSE BECAUSE WE HAVE A BUILT IN SYSTEM ALREADY IN PLACE WITH THE CURRENT TEXTBOOK ADOPTION PENDING BOARD APPROVAL.

AND CAN CAN YOU POSSIBLY GET SOME DATA FROM THE COMPANY TO IF THERE IS ANYTHING AVAILABLE AS THEY CAN MAYBE SHOW THAT TYPE OF, YOU KNOW, RESULTS FROM THEIR SYSTEMS? ABSOLUTELY. AND LAST THING REALLY, I BELIEVE IT'S THE LAST THING.

SO I'M JUST SO PROUD OF THE SUCCESS OF OUR PROGRAMS. I'M ALSO GRATEFUL TO ALL OF THE VOLUNTEERS.

MRS. HALL WAS VERY GRACIOUS IN REFERENCING WHAT WE'VE DONE, BUT THE REALITY IS THAT PATHWAYS TO QUALITY RECOGNITION WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED WITHOUT HER.
